Food Bank (4:30 PM – 6:00 PM Tuesday ONLY)
The Life Center will be hosting a drive-through food bank on Tuesday nights. Our goal is to help low income and homeless clientele, south of Denver, who are struggling with the current food shortage due to the Coronavirus.
In light of the Coronavirus, our Tuesday night Food Bank will be making adjustments to better serve our community.
- We will be using a drive-through style of service that will lessen the amount of face to face contact for the majority of our clients:
- We are expanding our reach into the community and inviting those currently outside of our service radius to attend. Our goal is to serve anyone south of Denver.
- Lastly, our hours of service have been lengthened to accommodate the increased attendance. We will be serving clients from 4:30 PM to 6:00 PM.
We understand that this can be a trying and frightening time. our goal continues to be loving on our community and providing a safety net for those who might need a little extra support.
Understanding that many of the clientele of the Life Center are in high-risk populations, all other programs at the Life Center are currently suspended until further notice.
Please also be aware that all of our other programs (including our Wednesday morning food bank and our normal office hours) will be suspended. Donations will still be received from 8-4 Monday and Tuesday.
